Lindsay Lohan's Alleged Passengers Tell Their Side Of Bizarre High-Speed Chase - Recap

The guy from MTV wrote this big fat long post and I am going to try to sum it up for you all quickly.

Crazy Lohan got all drunk and pist off at her lacky assistant. Her assitant got Lohan pist because she was getting drunk and being a totally bitchy. Lohan's assistant quites on her in a party full of people make a scene.

Assistant tries to spilt and Lohan gets an SUV with three dudes and takes off after her assistant. Lohan runs over one of the dudes as he tries to bail out of the SUV - sucker gets a foot injury.

Lindsy Lohan drives like a drunk crazy whore down PCH and gets popped by the SM Police. As Lohan gets popped she blames the "black" kid for being the driver. Can you believe she blames the "black" kid.....what a cheap shot.

Lohan should get at least a year in jail. She is totally out of control. As a side note she used to be hot when she was a mean girl. Now she is sort of ugly and white trash looking.

Lindsay Lohan's Alleged Passengers Tell Their Side Of Bizarre High-Speed Chase

Men claim actress took them hostage on wild ride, that she told police she wasn't driving.

he bizarre tale of Lindsay Lohan's high-speed chase and DUI arrest weren't unbelievable enough, three men who claim they were with Lohan that night have revealed even more astonishing details to TMZ.com.

The three portray an out-of-control Lohan commandeering their car and holding them hostage in the vehicle as she took two of them on a wild ride that reached speeds of 100 mph (see "Lindsay Lohan Arrested Again For DUI; Reportedly Checks Back Into Rehab" and "Lindsay Lohan Proclaims Innocence, Says Drugs Were 'Not Mine': Report").

The three men, Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake, told TMZ that on Monday afternoon, they drove to Malibu, California, with the boyfriend of one of Lohan's assistants. The actress and her assistant ran into the men and, according to TMZ, Lohan's assistant later text-messaged Nigro to tell him that the "Mean Girls" star wanted to invite him to a party in Malibu that night.

Nigro said that, inside the party, everyone seemed to be having a good time and that whenever he saw Lohan, she had a drink in her hand â�” at one point joining him and several other people for a shot. Lohan allegedly got into a shouting match with the assistant outside the party â�” where the woman was in the midst of a heated argument with her boyfriend â�” and the assistant said, "I quit. I'm done. I don't even care."

"She looked very inebriated," Nigro said of Lohan.

"She was raging and she seemed real crazy, like she lost her mind," Blake said of the star, who all three described as enraged by the assistant's defection.

The three men got into Nigro's GMC Denali and, after the fight between the assistant and her boyfriend resumed, Lohan allegedly reached in, snatched the keys and hopped into the driver's seat of the car. As the assistant peeled out in her car, Lohan gave chase, with Nigro and Sutter in the Denali along with her.

Blake claimed that he tried to jump out of the car as Lohan took off and got his right foot run over by the vehicle. In the TMZ video, he is shown holding a cane with a bandaged right foot. "She accelerates, she runs over my foot," Blake said. "And she didn't stop ... she kept driving," he claimed, despite his screaming for her to stop.

The chase moved out onto the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, where Nigro claimed he repeatedly tried to grab the wheel away from Lohan and stomp on the brake to stop the car, which prompted her to warn, "If you touch me, I'll sue you." The chase reached speeds of 100 mph, according to the men, with Lohan allegedly driving in "circles" around the assistant's vehicle and doing U-turns on the highway in order to catch up. Though the men said they pleaded with her to stop the car, Lohan refused to listen, reportedly telling them, "I can't get in trouble. I'm a celebrity. I can do whatever the f--- I want." At one point, the men claim that Lohan warned them that if they spoke to anyone about the chase, she would sue them.

After running a red light, Lohan lost the assistant in Santa Monica, California, at which point she allegedly began blowing through stop signs and almost got into a head-on collision on her way to the assistant's mother's home, where the actress thought the assistant had driven to.

As the Denali pulled up to the home, the assistant's mother also happened to be pulling in and, panicked by the commotion, she quickly pulled out. Nigro said he tried to hop out and pull the car's gearshift into park to end Lohan's escapade, but was unable to. The mother reportedly began driving down the street backward in her black Escalade to escape Lohan, who was driving around 20 mph down the street facing the Escalade.

A second high-speed pursuit ensued, this time with Lohan allegedly chasing the mother on the streets of Santa Monica, reaching speeds of 80 mph at points in a 25-mph residential zone, with the men describing Lohan running a number of red lights as she chased the Escalade.

"We're crossing four-way intersections with red lights, and that's when we're like, 'Dude, please slow down,' and she said something like, 'I can do whatever I want. You want to see?' and accelerated even faster," Nigro said. Realizing they were headed for the Santa Monica Police station, Nigro said he warned Lohan about their destination, to which she allegedly replied, "I'm a celebrity. I'm not going to get in trouble."

The two cars ended up in a parking lot near the police station, at which point Lohan got out of the car and approached the Escalade. When police arrived and pulled Lohan aside to speak to her, Nigro claimed that the actress denied being behind the wheel and told them, "the black kid was driving," referring to Sutter. And, while taking her field sobriety test, Nigro claimed that Lohan almost fell over when ordered to touch her nose.

"I was honestly terrified. I really thought we were going to crash and either we were going to get severely hurt or all of us were going to die," Nigro said. "She didn't care if cars were going to come through the intersection and smash us. She didn't care if we were going to turn and roll. ... Santa Monica was her parking lot to just joy-ride in," Sutter said.

Lohan's lawyer and publicist could not be reached for comment at press time.

Lawyer Says Smith Tried save son, but she was to high to help

Anna Nicole Smith frantically tried to revive her stricken son and had to be sedated after he died, her attorney said Wednesday. Authorities termed the death "suspicious" and said criminal charges could be filed.

Daniel Smith died Sunday while visiting his mother, a reality TV star and former Playboy playmate, in her hospital room three days after she gave birth to a baby girl.

"The devastation and grief over Daniel's sudden death coupled with the sedation has been so extreme that Anna Nicole experienced memory loss of the event," attorney Michael Scott said.

The chief inspector of the Bahamas coroner's office on Wednesday called the death of the 20-year-old Smith "suspicious" and a formal inquiry that could lead to criminal charges was scheduled for next month.

Police also revealed that a third person was in the hospital room at the time of the death.

But Scott said that the third person was another one of Anna Nicole Smith's attorneys, Howard K. Stern.

He said Anna Nicole Smith and Stern continued efforts to revive Smith even after he had been proclaimed dead by staff at Doctors Hospital in Nassau.

"Anna Nicole was so distraught at the loss of Daniel that she refused to leave his side and it was necessary to sedate her in order to check her out of the hospital," Scott read from a prepared statement.

He said she suffered memory loss and that it "was necessary for Howard to tell Anna again that Daniel had passed away," he added.

Authorities said they believe they know what killed Smith but were waiting for a toxicology report to confirm the findings.

Anna Nicole Smith, who went to the U.S. Supreme Court this year to sue for an inheritance, was in seclusion in the Bahamas with family and friends, Scott said. The identity of the newborn girl's father has not been publicly disclosed.

"You would expect any parent who sustained this kind of loss" to seek seclusion, Scott said.

A jury inquest, which will be open to the public, is scheduled to start Oct. 23, and Anna Nicole Smith will be required to attend, coroner Linda P. Virgill said.

"Whenever there is a suspicious death we would have an inquest to determine how the person died," Bradley Neely, chief inspector of the coroner's office, told Associated Press Television News.

The autopsy and toxicology reports will not be made public until the inquest is held, to avoid prejudicing the jury, Virgill said.

Jurors will meet in a courtroom inside a weathered, pink-pastel judicial building in the seaside capital, Nassau. If the inquest, which will be open to the public, determines a crime was committed, the case would be sent to the attorney general's office.

Virgill said there was no sign of physical injury to Smith, who was seen helping make his 38-year-old mother comfortable before he died. Anna Nicole Smith noticed him slumped in a chair Sunday morning and called for help. Hospital staff unsuccessfully tried CPR and other measures to revive him.

Scott dismissed media reports that Anna Nicole Smith's son had antidepressants or other drugs in his system.

"It's sheer speculation. It's irresponsible speculation, may I point out," he told reporters.

Ferguson, the assistant police commissioner, told the AP that no drug paraphernalia or traces of illegal drugs were found on Daniel Smith, in the hospital room or near the room.

Police believe Daniel Smith went directly to Doctors Hospital in Nassau after arriving in the Bahamas by plane, Ferguson said.

Daniel Smith was the son of Anna Nicole and Bill Smith, who married in 1985 and divorced two years later. The son had small roles in her movies "Skyscraper" and "To the Limit." He also appeared on the E! reality series "The Anna Nicole Show."

Anna Nicole Smith married Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II in 1994, when she was 26 and he was 89. He died the following year.

She then feuded with Marshall's son, Pierce Marshall, over her entitlement to the tycoon's estate before he died in June at age 67.

Smith won a $474 million judgment, which was cut to about $89 million, and eventually reduced to zero. In May, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Smith could continue to pursue her claim in federal courts in California, despite a Texas state court ruling that Marshall's youngest son was the sole heir.
